2018 Wooden Boat Festival has ended

Shelly Randall

Shelly Randall of Port Townsend is FELICITY ANN's "Storykeeper" and has been researching the boat's history since the Community Boat Project became her steward in August 2017. Shelly has been on the staff of the Northwest Maritime Center, sailed and taught on the schooner Adventuress, and spent a college semester at Mystic Seaport. Her writing and photographs have been published in WoodenBoat and Sea magazines. These days she is teaching her young son to sail and pursuing interests in financial planning and literacy. Empowering women and girls through the Felicity Ann boat project is a perfect fit for her.
